"What can you see in me that I can’t see?”
This was the message I wanted to convey in this triptych project. I wanted to explore my graphic design and self-portrait photography endeavors to a more vulnerable and raw perspective of a “distorted reality”. I used my physical features to fragments of my emotions to create different visual perspectives.
Reflection as a visual story is presented through my personal narratives of Reflection, Perception, and Remove The Veil. A process of self-reflection and the removal of the wall of boundaries we set ourselves encaged in, only to be free by allowing good spirited people in. People with new perspective of our own reflections we normally don’t see everyday, a testament to having a community than being alone in our own walls.
